Strand / PDF Pattern

This is a digital PDF sewing pattern, not a physical product.

The Strand  is a simple unlined coat for cutting a dash in the city. The side seams have been brought to the front and feature a side pocket. The waist seam has an in-seam pocket. The sleeves are set in and sport elbow darts and the front fastening is created by 5 x 1.8cm inseam hooks and eyes.

All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless otherwise stated.

Includes: Detailed, step by step illustrated instructions and printable pattern.

Sizing: UK 8-18, corresponding with bust measurements of 30.75"-41.75"

Fabric needed: 2.9 to 3.5 yards of main fabric, 1.3 yards interfacing, and 0.4 yards of lining depending on view, size, and fabric width. See photos for more details. 

Fabric suggestions: Designed for linen but we find this pattern also works well in cotton drill, light to medium weight wool, and 8-12oz denim.
